Founded in 2014, the Ditchley Group invests and manages a portfolio of long-term care and primary care facilities on behalf of its investors. The aim of the Group is to develop and provide high-quality care facilities that meet the needs of its occupants, service users, families and communities. We create and deliver real value through commercial real estate for clients, shareholders and our own people. We are committed to helping you understand and navigate the intricacies of commercial real estate-whether you're an investor or occupier of space. We currently have 7 nursing homes located across Ireland, with a total of 360 resident beds under management, with an additional 40 beds under construction. The Ditchley Group employs just over 500 members of staff. We have ambitious plans to expand our group through acquisition and will continue to invest in our facilities and infrastructure to enable us to balance the duty of care with the business of care.
