D&L Law was founded in December 2016, by Attys. Benjamin P. Dacquel and Patrich C. Leccio, who both served as litigation attorneys at the taxing bureau of the Philippines, where they acquired an expert understanding of taxation law, as well as extensive experience in dealing with taxation officials and tax courts. After their stints at the taxing bureau, the partners returned to the private sector, working at established law firms with diverse backgrounds in legal practice. We aim to set D&L Law apart from other practitioners by being continuously mindful of our client's business goals and practical concerns.
