Bien Hoa City is located in the center of the quadrangle of the most dynamic economic region includes Southern Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, Binh Duong, which attract the most foreign investment into this area. Each year, numerous skilled labors need to provide the expanding of industrial work in production facilities and business services. The demand for trained manpower quality is great; however, the actual work-force has not met the recruitment needs of human resources for the industrial parks.
