Doctap is an amazing service without having the hassle of waiting to see your GP. I have been using their service since April 2017. The NHS although a very good service is overstretched and waiting times are too long. All the GPs working for Doctap, are very educated and highly professional, and are very good at what they do. The premises are fresh and very clean. There are no waiting times, and you are seen very quickly and treated with absolute respect and compassion. I will continue to use Doctap, and will not hesitate in recommending this company to my friends and family and anyone who is interested in using such an excellent service. I couldn't thank the GP I saw enough for her compassion, knowledge, and the time she took in obtaining a proper medical history in order to establish what my health concerns are and the best ways to assist me with the issues concerned. Overall, the service is second to none, and is very affordable compared to other companies and agencies who charge an absolute fortune to see a doctor. The Doctap admin team are also very helpful and nothing is too much for them! I'm very proud of this reputable and very good company.
