Dong-Ah Tire Ind. Co., Ltd. is engaged in the production of automotive products in Korea. The Company provides automobile inner tubes, solid tires, retread tires, flaps, carbon master batches (CMBs), batteries, industrial rubber products and automobile rubber parts such as engine mounts, exhaust hangers, fronts and rears. During the year ended December 31, 2007, tubes and tires accounted for approximately 33% and 25% of the Company’s total revenue, respectively. The Company distributes tube products in domestic market and to the overseas markets, such as Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asian.
