Dormway

Dormway, a pipeline construction company, was founded by John Gri in 1982. Dormway specialises in the construction, commissioning and maintenance of reticulation pipework for local authorities in South East Queensland. Since our beginning we have serviced other areas including South Western, Central and Northern Queensland as well as northern NSW. The success of these early projects established our reputation for consistent delivery, on time and within budget. These early projects achieved our client's objectives through a combination of the skilled and knowledgeable people on our team and the development of innovative solutions. These successes reflected the combination and adoption of best practices and tried and tested experiences. Many of those people involved in those early projects remain key members of our team today. As an example of our early commitment to workplace health and safety Dormway was one of the first companies in Queensland to manufacture our owntrench shoring systems in the early 1980's and to adopt them for widespread use to ensure the safety of our staff. Our policy of carefully and prudently managing growth whilst meeting the growing needs of an expanding client base has seen the range of services Dormway provides develop from basic pipelines to complex projects involving trenchless excavation, structural concrete, flow diversions, piling and a range of other challenging construction methodologies.
