DDL is the development and manufacturing division of Symbio, LLC, a specialty clinical research organization founded in 2002, with extensive expertise conducting clinical studies in dermatology and other therapeutic indications for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. DDL is specialized in the development of topical drug products containing new chemical entities, approved drugs, small molecules, peptides or proteins. With the patient in mind, formulations are designed to be disease-compatible, cosmetically elegant, and stable. Formulation ingredients are selected to target delivery of the active ingredient into the skin and to be compliant from a regulatory perspective.
