Dimensional Thinking is an IT contract staffing company and we seek first to understand our client’s needs and then to understand our candidate’s abilities before we put them in front of you, the client. We have a deep knowledge of technology and extensive experience in the IT world so we know the types of projects you are running and we know what types of candidates can make a difference on those projects. We don’t just focus on the hard technical skills that everyone has listed on their resume. We also focus on the soft skills needed to make a project truly successful. Sometimes you need those soft skills and sometimes you just need a doer. The bottom line is we find out what those needs are before we find the candidate, because your success is our success.
