DTI-OVERLAND TRANSPORT

DTI-OVERLAND TRANSPORT CORPORATION (DTI-OTC) is an affiliate of the AMS Group of Companies. The corporation was conceived to serve the requirements of its affiliates and, subsequently, outside markets with sustained high performance and play a leadership role in shaping the land transport industry in mind in the years to come. Merged from two subsidiaries in 1992, one dealing with farm tractor leasing and land development contracting and, the other in hauling fresh fruit exportable banana from affiliates, the firm was established on the belief that the foundation of greatness is laid while the company is still small and malleable enough to be turned into a business entity that fully embodies the values of its founder and leaders. Originally established to service the hauling requirements of the AMS Group of Companies, the outfit has since grown in financial assets and in the number of farm tractors, heavy equipment and hauling trucks. As a quality service-oriented organization commissioned to deliver value to customers, DTI-OTC is primarily focused on providing trucking services and agricultural and industrial equipment leasing serving mainly big banana growers and exporters in the region. While efficient operations are an important part of a customer service strategy, greater emphasis is given to employee efforts. Central to DTI-OTC service quality mindset is the recognition of extraordinary individual actions that have resulted in customer satisfaction. The company's guiding maxim, to this effect, is QUALITY is important, EFFICIENCY is important and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is very important and everything must be done to achieve this.
