Ducon was formed to deliver quality construction for the Victorian building market. Established in 2002, we have grown into a team of more than 90. We place a priority on recruiting the best and brightest in the industry and retaining these valued team members in a supportive and enjoyable work culture. We are a medium-sized construction company, with substantial experience in managing and delivering a diverse range of projects. Ducon has two main service areas: Ducon Bespoke Ducon Building Solutions Our organisational structure and resources allow us to handle multiple projects concurrently, and to manage crucial site issues such as occupational health and safety, quality, environmental performance, industrial relations and subcontractor operations. Our philosophy is to 'make building easier.' We use our extensive experience and knowledge of construction to deliver projects in the most efficient and practical ways. Our approach is open and collaborative. We are always on the lookout for new, innovative methods and materials that will enhance the environmental performance of buildings, making them better spaces to own and to occupy.
