Since 1998, DWU through its THM department continues to offer programs to address the ever changing issues and concerns in the field of tourism and hospitality in the country. The Liklik Diwai Turism Expo is one avenue the department promotes and generates discussion on tourism and hospitality. It brings together partners in the tourism and hospitality sector to engage with the students, staff and the wider community. The expo is held every May as part of the practical component of a unit studied by final year Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management students.
