Dynapack International Technology Corporation, established in 1998, is principally engaged in the manufacture, development and sale of battery packs. The Company primarily offers battery packs for notebook personal computers (PCs), smart telephones personal digital assistants (PDAs) and scanners. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained approximately 77% of its total revenue from battery packs for notebook PCs.
