EVA TECHNOLOGIES CO.,LTD is principally engaged in the provision of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) drilling services. The Company provides laser drilling and mechanical drilling OEM services for high density interconnection (HDI) boards, ball grid array (BGA) substrates, flip chips and chip scale package (CSP) substrates. It is also involved in the trade of printed circuit board (PCB) materials. The Company operates its businesses mainly in the domestic market, which accounted for 100% of its total revenue during the year ended December 31, 2007.
