With risk levels still high for travelers to Mexico, there is a continued need for foreign corporations with operations there to be able to mitigate travel risk to an acceptable level consistent with business objectives, regulations and standard of care within the industry. Nevertheless, this duty of care requirement has grown for many corporations to include not just high level executives, but also mid level personnel.
