Additionally, to keep our plants clean and in order, EA adheres to the US Military 105QC Standard for finished product and the Japanese workplace management Method 5S. With a production process developed to maximize efficiency, our patented heat seal process yields bags 40% stronger than common practice and produces less wrinkling during transportation. The state of the art air circulation system changes the air three times a minute. This environmentally friendly system not only increases working efficiency by 20%, but it consumes only 5% electricity of a standard air conditioning system used in everyday operations. Quality control standards are in place through every step of the manufacturing process and employees are trained for each project, hand assembling unique, standout packaging. Inspectors are present for printing, cutting, heat seals, zipper assembly, and sewing. After packages are completed, they are placed through various temperature and stress tests to ensure there are no cracks or defects to emerge during fulfillment or transit.
