Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C. is a comprehensive cardiovascular practice dedicated to providing the most advanced diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic options for the entire spectrum of cardiac and vascular diseases. Our physicians are specially trained in the latest, clinically proven diagnostic and treatment procedures. At Eastlake Cardiovascular, P.C. our goal is to provide you with the highest standard of care that we have been entrusted with by your Primary Care Physician. As a Patient Centered Specialty Designated Practice, our physicians will coordinate your care with your Primary Care Physician, who acts as your Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The practice consists of board certified physicians in cardiovascular medicine who are trained in all areas of cardiovascular medicine including nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, coronary and peripheral vascular intervention and electrophysiology. Working together with the cardiologists is a team of board certified nurse practitioners coordinating your medical care.
