East Riding Artists

East Riding Artists Ltd (ERA) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, run by a committee of volunteers. We operate a two-tier membership system to promote professionalism and encourage artists to strive for excellence. The two categories of membership are Associate and Full. Associate membership of ERA is open to everyone living and working in the East Riding of Yorkshire, whether a practising artist or simply having an interest in the visual arts. All members can attend demonstrations, workshops and other professional development events, and may apply for many of our exhibitions. An email network allows members to publicise events, share ideas, and ask other members for technical or commercial advice. Associate members may apply for Full membership, which is via an annual selection process by an independent panel. Full membership lasts for 3 years, after which time the member may re-apply for selection. Full members have more information on the website, and in the annual printed Directory of Members. Some exhibitions are open to full members only. The annual fee for associate membership is £15, and for full membership (by selection only) £50. To join, please complete the Membership Form.
