Our aim is to simplify the process involved in booking a walking holiday, thereby encouraging more people to get out and discover the beautiful long distance walks Scotland has to offer. In the beginning the business grew largely by word of mouth and personal recommendations are still extremely important to us today, however, we have moved with the times and offer a high profile on-line presence via our own and a number of the official websites of the main wailing routes. Since taking over the helm of EasyWays I have been greatly assisted by the fact that I was able to retain the existing team of Mary Ann, who joined back in 2002 and Jackie, who came along in 2006. I'm sure everyone would agree that their knowledge of the business is second to none and I'm extremely grateful for the support they have given me whilst I moved the business to bigger offices and upgraded the computer systems. Their hard work and dedication is the cornerstone of the operation as evidenced in the pride they take in maintaining a high standard of customer service. EasyWays also benefits from the involvement of my son, Andrew and daughter, Lindsay. Andrew is a Systems Engineer and has been instrumental in the upgrade of our IT Systems and Bookings Database while Lindsay assists with marketing and social media. All in all, a family integration where we are all focussed on building a successful future for the business in the years ahead.
