Expert Building Maintenance was founded in 1992 by Robert Pedder and Alberto Duarte, to answer a need in the Southern California buisness community for a professional janitorial company. Our management team has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the Cleaning Industry, and while we are large enough to meet your every need, we are still able to provide you with the very special service and personal attention you expect. The geographical area that Expert Building Maintenance covers has expanded since inception to cover Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, San Bernadino, Orange and Kern Counties. Our managment team includes district supervisors in all areas we service to ensure that our clients and employees needs are provided for in a timely manner. Our office staff consists of hard working, diligent workers who work as a team to provide clients with the satisfaction of knowing all issues which may arise will be resolved immediately.
