Edward Mellor Ltd is one of the largest, independent Property Services businesses in the North of England, covering all aspects of residential property transactions. Our team of Chartered Surveyors carry out Mortgage Valuations, Home Condition Surveys, Homebuyer's Surveys and, for those sufficiently experienced, Building Surveys for a wide range of private and corporate clients and we hold appointments to the majority of major panel management groups for Residential Survey and Valuation work. Our long standing relationships with major lenders and panel management groups means we are very busy and we are therefore in need of an additional member of our Survey and Valuation team to carry out work across Greater Manchester. Edward Mellor Survey is a small, experienced and friendly team within a large multi-disciplinary property group and offer office or home based working, a reasonable daily work load, good working conditions, a competitive salary, car or car allowance and a wide variety of work. In order to be considered you WILL: Have at least 2 years' experience in undertaking residential survey and valuation work. Have undertaken Red Book Valuation independently. Preferably be able to carry out building surveys. Be an RICS Registered Valuer. Ideally have MRICS status but applications from experienced Assoc. RICS candidates will be considered.
