G.E.S. Holdings is a joint venture between Savills Guardian Group Hong Kong, a member of the Savills plc listed in the London Stock Exchange as well as a constituent of the FTSE250 Index, and a prestige business enterprise based in Macau. As its name implies, EEML is a fellow company of Express Engineering Limited which is the engineering branch in Hong Kong of the Savills Guardian Group . Express Engineering (Macau) Limited is licensed to provide full range electrical and mechanical engineering services in Macau. From 2016 onwards, EEML has developed electronic security business with marketing and operations management support from its sister company Winnerway Security Guards Company Limited and technological and technical input from ISS Adams Secuforce Limited , a member of ISS Facility Services Group Hong Kong under ISS A/S which was founded in Copenhagen in 1901 and is listed on Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen, Denmark. With strong backings from both Hong Kong and Macau, EEML is able to undertake various types and sizes of electrical and mechanical engineering works from project management, consultancy, design and build to system operations and maintenance, covering MVAC, Fire, Power and ELV. Its recent focus has also been put on high-end electronic security systems integration and related services such as central station video and alarm monitoring as well as counter-terrorism security screening.
