The Corporate Finance team has a broad experience in analyzing, structuring and closing transactions. Our clients comprise everything from smaller family-owned businesses to large listed multinational companies in most industries. Our assignments are mainly selling or buy sides for medium-sized companies in Sweden, but smaller and larger transactions are also represented. International deals are conducted in collaboration with Deloitte's global network and the number of cross border deals is increasing.
