ELAMED Company (former Yelatma Instrument Making Plant) was founded in Yelatma Township (Ryazan Region, Russia) in 1980, as a branch of Ryazan State Instrument Making Plant No 2 that manufactured devices for defense industry. New history of ELAMED started in the end of the eighties with design and manufacturing of medical equipment. Today its manufacturing range comprises more than 100 products, including portable therapy devices for home and hospital usage, complex diagnostics equipment, medical furniture, ultrasound cleaners, disinfection containers, disposables. ELAMED designs and manufactures a wide range of innovative products, develops existing medical technologies and invents new methods of therapy. ELAMED Research and Development Center creates original science-grade devices; Medical Department studies and approves every new invention. All products and key units are produced at our manufacturing location in Yelatma by ELAMED professionals. ELAMED has awards of: ????-???????????????.jpg ????-??????.jpg ????-??????.jpg During the last decade ELAMED manufacturing volume has been doubled, salary has increased by 67%, product range has gained 30%; one third of manufacturing equipment has been replaced by new one. Today ELAMED personnel count more than 1000 employees. Modernization, reconstruction and development works have never stopped at ELAMED. In 1999 Yelatma Instrument Making Enterprise was certified according to ISO 9002:1994 (TUV NORD CERT GmbH, former RW TUV, Essen, Germany). In 2005 EN ISO 13485-2003 Certificate and in 2014 and 2015 - EN ISO 13485:2012 Certificates were obtained. Several of ELAMED products have CE Certificate conforming to MDD 93/42 EEC Directive. All ELAMED products have passed the full range of technical and clinical tests and have been licensed by Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation meeting the requirements of Russian and international standards.
