Elder Resolution Partners, LLC helps the clients of senior service professionals resolve conflict, improve communication skills and prepare to move forward, free from the conflict that has been paralyzing and overwhelming them. We can assist families, residents and staff of senior communities get ready to take full advantage of your professional services, or, while they are working with you, we can help them resolve conflicts that arise and that are keeping them from making needed decisions. If you are aware of a family or community in conflict that could benefit from an elder care mediation, structured, facilitated family or community meeting to work out their differences, make decisions and learn better communication skills, we encourage you to give us a call or send us an email explaining the circumstances. Sometimes clients are simply too overwhelmed to call, so (with your permission and theirs) we will reach out to them. We often find that families that are in conflict are too stressed or overwhelmed to make the initial call to us, or they mistakenly believe they have to be ready to commit to mediation before they call us. We are happy to speak with potential clients about the benefits of elder care mediation or facilitated family or senior community meetings to help them determine if mediation could help their family or community.
