ELESYS North America Inc. develops automotive electronic safety systems for the automotive industry. Its products include passive safety systems, including electronic-field-based occupant and passenger sensing systems, occupant passenger detection systems, airbag sensors and controllers, adaptive cruise control, all-terrain vehicle transmission controls, anti-lock brakes, electronic power steering, traction control systems, and vehicle stability controls. The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Suwanee, Georgia. ELESYS North America Inc. is a joint venture of Honda Motor Co. Ltd. and NEC Corporation of America, Inc.
