Elgiloy manufactures high quality wire, bar, straightened & cut lengths and shaped wire in an extensive range of Nickel and Cobalt based alloys and special stainless steel grades. Flexible custom manufacturing allows us to offer just a few pounds to many thousands of pounds with short, reliable lead times. Products are supplied to a worldwide customer base in a wide range of industries including Oil & Gas, Medical & Dental, Aerospace, Nuclear, Power Generation, Automotive and Chemical Engineering. Quality products are ensured by a rigorous inspection and preparation of wire rod prior to processing to provide a high quality which is demanded by the industries we supply. A thorough metallurgical inspection is carried out on every coil and is followed by conditioning of the surface using in-house rotary shaving and precision polishing. Elgiloy's team of metallurgical and process engineers ensure precise processing for the challenging alloys we offer to ensure all the specification requirements are met. They are also available to provide support on alloy selection, new product design and subsequent heat treatment and processing.
