Elodie Abbé Consulting

Prior to founding her own company, Elodie initiated and managed Carrefour's training system over a span of a decade, creating Carrefour China Institute that served over 90 stores and 30,000 employees, which became the best practice model for the retail industry. She also spearheaded Carrefour's first training center in Asia, Carrefour China Institute, managing a team of 30 members consisting of full-time trainers, and coordinated part-time store trainers that served more than 30,000 staff. She developed Carrefour Mandarin program (one-year) focused on identifying, retaining and training high potential future Store General Managers, which was a core contributing factor to Carrefour's success in its expansion of 14 stores to 90 stores in a short period of time. Elodie is graduated from CEFAM with a Bachelor in Business Administration and International Trade. Pauline started her career in hospitality industry and joined the Shanghai World Expo 2010 at Australian Pavilion which helped Pauline to have a great understanding of ultimate customer service. Working at Elodie Abbe Consulting, Pauline helps clients optimize their internal training system with a practical and efficient approach (yet creative), resulting in the achievement of objectives in a timely and straight forward manner. Maximize projects performance well planned, scheduled, and monitored through to a successful completion. Pauline Major is Business Administration Management and she attended Leadership Management training. With more than 10 years of working experience in Multinational Company, Joanne has been a HR and training consultant for 5 years, now she is a member of Elodie Abbe consulting team, working project based on various of training subjects. Joanne starts her career in LG Electronics Company in 1998, followed by years of experience in luxury fashion brand Ermenegildo Zegna, where she gained her professional knowledge in HR and training of retail industry. Joanne was graduated in Shanghai Financial and Economic University, B.EC of International Business Program; she's also a simultaneous interpreter holding a Cambridge Interpreting Diploma.
