ELQ Industries, Inc., Etre Associates, Ltd., and BMB Leasing, Corp. are well established family run companies that have been operating in the Hudson Valley Region for over forty years. ELQ was established in 1963 by Samuel A. Etre as a landscaping and paving company primarily performing work in Westchester County, NY. ELQ is now in its second generation of ownership and has expanded its areas of expertise to all aspects of road reconstruction including utility and bridge construction. Due to ELQ's success and growth, Etre Associates, Ltd. was formed in 1995 to focus efforts in site excavation in the public and private sectors. Etre is an expertly managed site excavation company that is working on some of the largest education, retail and mixed use sites in the area. Etre's expert staff of Project Managers and Supervisors are capable of handling the most complex of excavation sites.
