The company founders are Mr. Clark Justine Ty, Mr. Renz Paul Alexis R. Dagoyo, and Mr. Lou Ard V. Soriano. Clark and Lou took up Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, while Renz took up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology; the three of them graduated from STI College - Cagayan de Oro in 2016, and formed the Emberspec Development Team that same year. Today, the company they founded offers a variety of information technology (IT) business solutions, ranging from website development and management, mobile app development, digital marketing, videography, and graphic design. The company is registered under the name Emberspec Media Solutions Inc. and is currently doing business as Emberspec Media Inc. We were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in January 2019 with SEC Company Reg. No. CS201964081.
