EMCS Consulting is the flagship of the group and was founded in 1983 with the scope of providing economic research and business support services with a focus on strategy development. Over the years, EMCS Consulting has established a sound reputation as one of the leading management consultancy firms having conducted assignments for business organisations in Malta, UK, Italy and North Africa. The company currently offers a full range of complementary management consultancy services tailored to each individual client's specific requirements, by combining the different specialised areas of expertise of staff members and the firm's collective experience and in-depth knowledge of various issues relating to the management of a business. EMCS Consulting currently employs a full-time staff complement of 13 individuals, including 10 internationally trained consultants with specialisation in Finance, Financial Services, Business Administration, Economics, and European Studies. The core staff is supplemented by a network of Maltese and foreign associate consultants who contribute their specialist knowledge to specific assignments ranging from information and communication technology to Econometric modelling.
