Inspire 2 Independence

Our mission is "to inspire individuals to fulfil their potential" and since 2004, Inspire 2 Independence has worked with thousands of individuals to do just that through our diverse range of companies providing Employability, Health, Skills, Youth and Sport services. We specialise in getting people into sustainable employment or training. We work with large, SME and micro employers to provide recruitment solutions, staff training and qualifications. Inspire 2 Independence operates across a number of regions through our Centre Network including North West, Yorkshire and Humberside, East and West Midlands and The Black Country but provide services across England. We have a real stronghold and established infra-structure within these regions with proven ability and innovation to deliver high performance results and excellent standards across a range of employability and skills programmes. We currently deliver a range of contracts on behalf of PRIME's including the DWP's Work and Health Programme, Work Programme, Work Choice and DWP ESF programmes through our i2i centres located across the country. We also deliver a number of skills contracts on behalf of the Education Skills Agency and PRIME contractors delivering Apprenticeships, Adult Education Budget, ESF Skills Support for the Unemployed and Skills Support for the Workforce Contracts. We have supported over 75,000 customers aiding over 50,000 customers on their journey to sustainable employment within the last 6 years. Inspire 2 Independence (i2i) was founded in 2004 on the University of York campus. It was here that five directors, experienced in helping individuals back into sustainable employment, set up the first i2i centres in the West Midlands and the North West. Since then, a rapidly growing team of Heads of Department, Performance and Operations Managers, Business Managers and delivery staff have opened centres across the country - establishing a strong reputation with high standards of delivery and job outcomes.
