Eola Capital is one of the largest privately held real estate investment firms of commercial real estate. Based in Orlando with regional offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Jacksonville and Tampa, Eola Capital's objective is to acquire real estate investments that provide attractive returns for its investment partners. Jim Heistand founded Eola Capital in 1999 by combining members of senior management and personnel from the former Associated Capital Properties. In September 2009, Eola Capital almost doubled its size after it acquired a portfolio of properties from America's Capital Partners, making it one of the largest privately held real estate investment firms in the Eastern United States.
