Eploy began developing its leading cloud-based recruitment software in Kidderminster back in 1998 , when co-founders Paul Burgess and Chris Bogh operated from a shared apartment before moving to Eploy House in 2007. Following the extension into an additional floor at Eploy's Headquarters in 2018, the extended office space has allowed for growth in a vibrant working environment. Eploy has been expanding rapidly over recent years, with demand high for the company's award-winning Applicant Tracking System, Recruitment CRM & Dashboards. Eploy's clients include major brands such as Boohoo, Travelodge, Marston's, David Lloyd Clubs, NHS Digital, British Heart Foundation, Entain Group, Educational Development Trust, Sunbelt Rentals, Wren Kitchens and Mencap.
