We offer several different yoga classes from Equal Yin to Core Power and two levels of Equal Barre. All our power yoga classes are designed to enhance flexibility and strength combining movement, breath, and static postures. Our fixed sequences challenge both beginners and advanced yogis. Our expert teachers will be on hand to welcome you to the studio and guide you through each class.
