Our Childcarers can provide care services whilst continuing to meet their developmental, learning and play needs. In-house training to ensure that you or your staff gain the essential skills needed within any healthcare setting. We need people who want to go that little bit further to provide our service users with the best possible chance to live an independent, fulfilling life at home. You will be that person's lifeline, their connection to the outside world, their encouragement when they are feeling down. Providing personal care is also part of the job but experience is not needed as all training is provided. All of our Care Assistants are fully trained in seven mandatory courses. ERA Healthcare is commited to help the fight against Covid-19 and are fully supporting the wonderful work that the NHS and Local Authorities are doing to keep everybody safe. Our care teams are working tirelessly to provide a safe and effective care service during the pandemic and have various policies and procedures in place to ensure that we can all beat this together.
