Founded in 1980, Ervin Cable Construction, LLC (ECC) began business in 1980 as a small construction company that did TVRO installation, Cable TV design, engineering, aerial and underground construction work, primarily in Kentucky and Tennessee. In 1999, ECC merged with Dycom Industries, Inc. Ervin Cable Construction is a full service provider of construction, design, and engineering services to the telecommunications industry with a focus on quality and customer service.
