The president of locally owned and operated Essence Properties has over 15 years of experience in land development as co-founder of renowned BC Fraser Valley builder, Legendary Developments. To date he has developed and built approximately 300 homes worth in excess of $100 million. With a focus on building dreams for families, Essence Properties was established from Legendary Developments, and with that move, is changing the real estate landscape and redefining the meaning of quality craftsmanship. We are currently focused on New Developments for Sale in Surrey, South Surrey and Langley.
