Essential Impact Coaching

Essential Impact is made up of innovators, intelligent risk-takers, and thought leaders. We created the Excelerator Coaching™ System, a coaching training program designed to enable organizations to develop and sustain a coach approach throughout their operations and culture. The Excelerator Coaching™ System is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the program has been part of the core curriculum for the Certified Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. We are thrilled to be recognized as leaders in the coaching industry. Between 2005 and 2015 three of our clients won local, national and global Prism Awards from the International Coach Federation (ICF). The Prism Award honours a company's commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy to accomplish business goals. We have also received two awards for coaching local not-for-profit organizations, including the 2013 Local Impact Award (C4C), a collaborative award from Cincinnati-based Sherpa Coaching and Marshall Goldsmith, one the world's foremost executive coaches. People want to work with us and be part of our community. We have delighted in developing and nurturing a large cross-Canadian community of coaches, business executives, human resources professionals, and other like-minded people.
