EstatesDirect.com is not a typical online estate agent, nor a typical traditional agent, we are a personal estate agency service that charges a fair fixed fee to market, let and sell any property regardless of value, location or size. It's a fact that 95% of home movers search for a property online using sites such as Rightmove, so why do estate agents still have expensive high street branches and charge high percentage based fees? We found that although home movers want to save money when selling or letting, and don't think twice when buying car insurance or booking their next holiday online, they are often reluctant to use online estate agents as they value the knowledge and service they receive from using a good traditional high street agent.
