Our interview process consists of three main stages: 1st stage telephone interview: We're looking to speak to individuals who have done their research into the recruitment industry and our Company, so before you apply make sure you are prepared. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate how their previous experience is transferable into the role of a trainee recruitment consultant.
