This group of companies is known for their welding consumables program for maintenance and repairs and production. These companies have appeared in the beginning of the 1990's, Yuweld - Belgrade in 1990, Huweld - Budapest, Dunaujvaros in 1992, Bulweld - Sofia in 1993, and Hellaweld - Athens in 1994. Yuweld is known as a first and only welding electrodes producer in Serbia and Huweld as a second producer in Hungary.
