Evenbrook was founded in 1994 by Chris Butterfield and John Coles who identified an opportunity to build a sizeable business in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) as the Business Expansion Scheme wound down in the early 1990s. Chris and John retain ownership of the business today. Evenbrook owns and manages a £90 million PRS portfolio of over 800 PRS properties and a 660 bed student campus . The portfolio includes a broad selection of apartments and houses concentrated in selected locations.
