Following our own IPO, in addition to private equity investments, we will provide financing to companies to finance the expenses of their initial public offerings or IPOs. We have the expertise and resources to guide these entities through their IPOs. Our funding will come mainly from equity securities, convertible debt securities and debts with warrants. In all cases, we expect the equity component of our investment to be at a significant discount from the expected offer price of the IPO.
