The first venture was to setup TREASURE ISLAND in Indore with 6,00,000 sq. ft. development on MG Road having a Shopping Mall, Four-screen Multiplex, Entertainment Zone, F&B and a hotel. The mall finally went live in December 2005, becoming the first mall of Central India and the first mall in tier-II cities of India.
