Experience UX was founded on the belief that companies should be doing more to understand what their users need before designing digital products and services. Prior to setting up the company in 2007 Ali and Damian felt that many websites would go live with little or no thought for users. It was always about the technology first, users later. They set out on a mission to change this. Over the years we've worked with top UK clients and their internal teams, we found that our skills and experience best align with internal UX teams working on finance and ecommerce websites. We now work closely with UX teams to help them overcome internal politics and implement positive changes based on evidence from our user experience.
