Express Contract Drying

Express Contract Drying was founded in 1995, and rapidly grew a reputation as the primary toll dryer for the UK. Over the next few years, Express Contract Drying handled the spray drying requirements of food and pharmaceutical companies across the UK before expanding to serve customers in Europe and the US. Another site was opened in 2001 to meet the increase in demand on the company's spray drying capacity. A third dryer was installed in 2012. Another building was built in 2013 housing a fourth dryer and a warehouse, expanding the site to 55,000 sq ft. A fifth drier came online in 2015, increasing the annual capacity to 6,500 tonnes per annum. The company has invested heavily in the plant and facilities, installing the very latest spray dryers. Express Contract Drying has spent over three million pounds in the last three years to ensure that Express Contract Drying remains at the forefront of the industry, with what we believe is the most modern facility of its type.
