Extensya was established in 2008, focusing on contact management solutions and business process outsourcing services. Today Extensya operates 4 call centers in Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, and can provide the services in 11 additional countries including India, the Philippines, and countries in Europe and North America. Extensya serves clients from various countries within the Middle East region for whom Extensya provides various services that cover the Middle East, USA, Europe, and the Indian Sub-continent.
