Extreme Hotel

We do our best to provide jobs to local Dominicans rather than bringing in only foreign workers, as many large resorts tend to do in developing countries. We actively work to combat that trend through training programs for dependable locals, providing them with needed skill sets to better themselves and their families. Our efforts have helped bring our internal staff numbers and that of the members of The eXtreme Hotel Collective to more than 80% Dominican. Giving Back
