Facility Istanbul was established in May 1999 with the name PlusRem and the slogan "research for marketing" as the first corporate and independent Qualitative Research Field company and has served many leading Research Companies, Advertising Agencies and brands in Turkey since then. We have led, and are currently leading countless qualitative and quantitative research projects, in the field or in their entirety. Facility Istanbul has led the way for Turkey in April 2007 and established in Istanbul, the first independent and objective qualitative research studio / room with one-way mirror, a practice already widespread abroad. Thus we have offered one-way mirrored room rental services to countless clients that already had qualitative studios but gone over capacity, small research companies that had to pay exorbitant prices to expensive hotels due to lacking their own research studios and as a result struggled to compete with their colleagues, brands that wanted to perform market research with their own teams or freelance research specialists that did not have an office but had a portfolio, and is continuing to do so. Facility Istanbul is continuing to serve local and international research clients with its well trained and highly motivated staff in its new, better equipped offices, widespread field network all around the country, robust research data that is the result of years of experience, and unique field, data compiling and respondent gathering techniques, onwards, from January 2013.
