Misty is Co-Founder and serves as the Business Operations Manager for Favly.com, with over 18 years of senior responsibility in all areas relating to accounting, human resources, budget analysis, and finance operations. Misty brings to Favly, her financial experience along with her strong passion for strategic planning and development to ensure a quality customer experience. Misty has served over 10 years as the Controller for Tenpenny Construction Company, Inc., where she managed the financial operations of the company; developing and implementing new accounting systems, policies and procedures to streamline business efficiency. Misty holds a specialized Associates Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix. Misty enjoys riding horses and raising cattle; serving as the Treasurer and Land Rights Chairman for the Ventura County Cattlemen's Association; and on the Advisory Board of the non-profit, Treasure Our Farms.
